Hey there! I'm Natalie Ryland, the owner of Charlotte Pups and Pals.
I became a pet sitter when I left my career in the corporate world to follow my love of animals. When I started pet sitting, something just clicked for me.
I worked as a pet sitter with Stephani and Leigh, and when they decided to start traveling full time, I approached them about selling the business to me. Thankfully they agreed!
I hope our clients know that when they're away their pets will be well cared for and loved, and can enjoy their day or trip with that peace of mind. It's a daily joy to serve our Charlotte Pups & Pals pack!

Charlotte Pups & Pals was founded by Stephani McCarson and Leigh Crabtree.
Stephani and Leigh have a passion for pets and built Charlotte Pups and Pals to support our local Charlotte neighborhoods with exceptional pet care and service over the past decade.
In 2020 they began traveling full time in their RV. You can follow them on Instagram @3dog_adventures.
